I had a excellent workout today. Strength as well as agility were through the roof. Today is day 7 of Bold and let me tell ya, I can feel it kicking in. One hing though, I thought this was a wet compound. So far, I'm not having any noticeable water retention, acne, or any of the other wet ph symptoms I'm not going to complain though:o

Disaster struck at the store Thursday which put me working 12 hours so I'm a day behind on my workout schedule again. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! But I had an awesome workout today! I can really feel the Bold starting to work. My strength is steadily increasing. Reset AD is kicking in full force! I have a ton of energy in the gym and I can workout longer and harder with minimal fatigue. I'll be doing a full 2 week status report in Reset AD Sunday, so stay tuned for that

Bold has done very well for me. Strength has went up a bunch, more than I expected from a non-methyl compound. I dont have any of the side effects commonly reported like water retention, acne, oily skin, so I am very pleased at that aspect. I think once we get past July 4, things at work will calm down quite a bit. I got the bottle of Mayhem in the mail today Priority Mail (You gotta love those BCS guys) I think that is where the cycle will really kick into high gear.

I think the cycle will kick into full gear during your first week of PCT... but thats just my idea.. lol

Good News! My bottle of Mayhem arrived Saturday so I'll be starting it Tuesday as scheduled. This makes 2 weeks now of Reset AD so I thought I would post an update on its effectiveness in my cycle so far.


If you have read up on Reset AD or even used the product before, you will be familiar of what Adrenal Fatigue is. Below are some of the symptoms of AD that the degree to which I have each symptom.

Rated on a level of 1-10, 10 being the highest level of side effects.

Morning Fatigue. Not seeming to "wake up" until 10am even though you've been up for 3 hours. - Improved to a 4, Originally a 9, I literally had to peel myself out of bed in the mornings. I now get up easy, no need to hit the snooze button and am alert with good energy

Middle of the Afternoon "Low". Sluggishness and clouded thinking in the middle of the day. - Improved to a 1, Even on the hard days at work, I'm have consistent energy throughout my shift and have no problem what so ever coming home and dealing with the chores here at home.

Burst of Energy around 6pm - 2, Originally a 3, this wasnt really a problem for me except for the fact that it was hard to do a early workout. Now I can basically do a equal workout at any time of the day.

Sleepiness around 9pm, but a "Second Energy Burst" around 11pm till 1am. - 4, A big improvement from 8 in this category. Where I would normally become drowsy starting around 7-8pm, I can normally still be alert and focused to around 11pm if need be (I wake at 5:00am to go to work) and I normally go to sleep within 30 minutes after going to bed.

Mild Depression, Decreased Sex Drive and Lack of Energy - 4 Not a big change here but this wasnt really a problem for me to begin with.

Muscular Weakness and declining endurance 5, Originally a 8, I have much more endurance now. Strength is at an all time high and have no problem completing a full body workout. I still need work in this area due to the 60lbs I've gained in the last 15 months.

Unrelaxing or Unfulfilling Sleep 2, The best improvement I have made is in this area. Originally a 9, I know rest peacefully with little waking during the night and most always wake feeling fully rested.


This is an excellent product and even after only 2 weeks, I would recommend it to all. Just some side notes, this product has greatly increased libido, which I wasnt expecting (others have reported this well) and you can literally cut the dose of your preworkout stimulants in 1/2 I havent used them consistently during this cycle because I've been using No-Xtreme (which I'll review at the end of my log) Just to get an example, I've used 1 scoop of superpump 250 for the last 2 workouts to get an idea of the improvement in this area.

So far, this product gets 10/10 Stars from me! I'll continue to do updates on this product and a final review as well when I finish the cycle.
