Disaster struck at the store Thursday which put me working 12 hours so I'm a day behind on my workout schedule again.

Bold starting to work. My strength is steadily increasing.
Reset AD is kicking in full force! I have a ton of energy in the gym and I can workout longer and harder with minimal fatigue.
