I'm finished up with mayhem now. I dosed it at 2 caps ed for 30 days and bold at 600 for 6 weeks. Surprisingly, I didnt have any bloat from this and no problem keeping body fat from accumulating. I actually lost a little bf with this cycle. The only problem I had was my right nipple got sore and I immediately started B6 at 400mg per day until it went away. I'm currently on pct day 7.
