He's got a cool site with a lot of useful info. Here is the formula,

For Men:
Before you use the formulas, there are two measurements that are required:

Measurement 1: Bodyweight

Measurement 2: Waist Girth (measured at the umbilicus)

Procedure:
1) Multiply your bodyweight by 1.082. Add the result to 94.42. Once your calculation is complete, save the number. à (Bodyweight x 1.082) + 94.42=Result 1

2) Multiply your waist girth by 4.15. Once you get this result, subtract it from the number obtained in step 1 (ie: Step 1 result-Step 2 result). The result obtained after the subtraction is done is your lean bodyweight (your weight if you had no fat in your body at all). à Result 1 - (Waist Girth x 4.15)= Lean Body Weight

3) Finally, subtract your lean bodyweight from your total bodyweight (Total weight-Lean Bodyweight). Once you get the result, multiply that number by 100. Once you get the result divide it by your total bodyweight. This final result is your percentage of body fat. à ((Total Bodyweight - Lean Bodyweight) x 100) divided by (Your Body Weight) = Your Percentage of Body Fat.

Example:
I weigh 190 and I have a 30.5inch waist. Therefore, step 1 is (190 x 1.082) + 94.42 = 300. Step 2 says that my lean body weight equals 300-(30.5 x 4.15)=173.425. Finally, Step 3 says that my body fat percentage is ((190-173.425) x 100) divided by 190= 8.72%.

Is 13.8 what the formula estimated you at? If so, I think that is a little too high as well.

Ya, my bio imped device said 12.5, which I still think is high, but skinfolds are a pain to do every week, and I will measure weekly around the same time to try and maintain accuracy, oh and this was a gift for graduation, which is nice to have around :D

I havent updated for a few days so I got a bunch of updates:D

To start with, I've made some good gains during pct. Not necessarily in body weight but in strength and size. My current measurements are

Arm 16 - +1/4
Forearm - + 1/8
Wrist 7 3/8
Chest 49
Shoulders 51
Stomach 33 1/4 -1/4
Waist 34
Leg 26 +1/2:D
Calf 16 1/2 +1/8
Neck 16 1/2 + 1/8
Weight 198 Down 3lbs but up or even in muscle measurements!

The one thing I have learned from the people at this forum is to keep diet and training 100% during pct. It is tough but it is definitely worth it!

I've switched my routine up a bit to prepare for my upcoming test log, which will be Applied Nutriceuticals RPM and IGF-2. Its a volume training routine in which you drop your weight to 50% of your 1 rep max and aim for 10 sets 10. I've been playing with it some this week and will update the workouts later today.

I guess its time to wrap this log up. I got my AN stack today that I will start logging very soon! Another "Big Thanks" to Rodzilla and the BCS team and Dave and the team of Palo Alto Labs for providing me these amazing products to test out!

In addition, I want to give some thoughts of mine on 3 other products I used as well.

Test Drive by EST

This was a fantastic test booster that you can feel working. I absolutely love the added kick of B6. ZMA, and Arginine that is included. This is the best test booster that I have used to date and I highly recommend it to those meeting the requirements to use it. This one gets 10/10 stars!

NO Xtreme by EST

Yet another big hit by Keith and the boys at EST! I dont know how they squeeze so much effectiveness into 4 little pills, but I like it. This product gives me skin tearing pumps after just 1 set of most exercises. I think one of the main benefits of this product is I have no unpleasant side effects. I had no jitters, no stomach discomfort, no noticeable increase in blood pressure but yet got all the benefits of a NO product. This one get 9/10 stars!

Torrent by Universal Nutrition

This is quite possibly the best post workout formula on the market. The things I like about this is incredibly good taste, good PWO source of Leucine and waxy maize starch, a blend of 3g creatine, and mixes very well. The only thing I would like to see is a little higher protein per serving; like 25-30g for example especially on heavy days like leg day. This product gets 9/10 stars!
