Well folks, here it is again, another log I hope you will find informative and entertaining. First cycle ever of hdrol went very well in the winter/spring of ’09, and now its time to take it up a notch. The first step of course was choosing what to run: weeding out the contenders. Due to circumstances involving my living arrangements all injectibles were off the table for the time being. I was destined to be a pill popper once again, so it was time to see what this great world had to offer…
• Didn’t want the risk of estrogenic sides and hard to keep gains so Dbol was out.
• Didn’t want to beat the liver too badly so winny was out.
• Didn’t have enough anavar for a good cycle so that was postponed until fall. (This October

)
• Didn’t want to spend shit tons of money for minimal results so primo was out.
• Didn’t want to run an 8+ weeker so bold clones were out.
• Didn’t want to risk any progesterone sides so tren was out.
• Didn’t want to travel to shutdown city so superdrol was out.
That left me no choice but to choose epistane: the notorious “anti gyno but maybe delayed gyno” wonder drug. It would be stronger than hdrol, no estrogen conversion, no water retention, not terribly androgenic, and not terribly side effect happy. Something right up my alley...
So I gathered my goodies together and set the calendar for D-Day
I have in my possession…
• 1 bottle of RPN Havoc
• 1 bottle of IBE Epistane
• 1 bottle of Ergopharm 11oxo
• 2 bottles of Biotivia Bioforge
• 1 bottle of Anabolic Xtreme aPCT
• A lifetime supply of pharm grade T3
For those of you who care, this cycle may not be as detailed as the last one, but I plan on making it thorough enough to be educational and informative. I also won’t structure my cycle as strictly as the first one. The only thing I have set in stone is PCT, the most important part as I’m sure you all know
The Rough Plan…
• Week 1-?: Epi 30/30/40/40/? (dare I say 50?

)
• An 11oxo bridge into PCT (possibly)
• A low dose of T3 to help with nutrient partitioning and keeping fat gains at bay (possibly)
The PCT…
• Bioforge: 5/5/4/4/3/3
• AX aPCT: 1/2/3/3/2/2
The Diet…
Won’t be recording calories and macros but assume it will be 3000 calories, 100% clean, no cheat meals, no alcohol, with a 40/40/20 protein/carb/fat breakdown. I understand that more calories will equate to more muscle, but its summer and maintaining definition is a priority over total mass. If I feel dry, lean, and think I can take in more food without fat gains than I will. But I am willing to sacrifice muscle gains to an extent if the tradeoff is minimal fat.
All ancillary supplements are on point. SAMe and hawthorne have been preloaded for two weeks and I will be taking taurine, glucosamine and fish oil for possible cramping and/or back pumps.
The Lifts…
No set schedule as of now but leaning toward a 5 day split. I will most likely do the following:
Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Back
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Shoulders
Friday: Arms
Saturday/
Sunday: Cardio
If I change this routine I will post the new one.
The Goals…
Went from 170 to 185 on hdrol, then back down to 181-182. The plan is to hit 190 at the very least, hoping to get to 195 but I won’t know if I can until I get there.
If I hit 190 I will have considered this run a success
If I hit 195 I will be ecstatic (not planning on it)
If I hit 200 I will jizz in my pants (not likely, but we can dream, can’t we?

)
Like the last log, I will keep track of most major lifts, my weight and body fat levels, and any side effects I come across. As always any thoughts, comments, criticisms, or random bullshit posts are always welcome.
