I am on an Epi cycle right now and my PCT supps are similar to yours with slight modification.
My workout program is also similar to this style. I tend to do a couple high reps (15, not to failure) on my first exercise for muscle group to warm up, then I do an "acclimation" set (heavy 10 reps, not to failure). Once I'm warmed up I start throwing on the weight and keep my rep range from 4-6 reps to failure(3 sets). My next exercise for same muscle group I go right for the heavy 3 set, 4-6 rep range.
In summary... I do a total of about 9 sets, 4-6 reps HEAVY(per muscle). This doesn't sound like much (on paper), but the
INTENSITY is through the roof in the gym!

GREAT and I am constantly upping the weight on a weekly basis (Added 10 pounds to Lat exersices last night), and the comments from friends are never ending!
BTW...Carb up a bit before you hit the gym. It makes all the difference in the world!
