Well hey man, on the advice.....I tend to leave that to the people very experienced with sides, I probably only have 10 cycles under my belt, and really didn't know that much before I got on this and the DA board.

However, you have tapped knowledge from two great people, RA may talk you to death, and Dr. D will confuse the crap out of you......they are great at dispensing advice, and surely will have you set straight on a great path.

I am sure you will find after you get used to this stuff what works best for you, just takes some expermentation.

Keep pushing those weights, and you'll do great.

A.I will start tomorrow workout in the logger section.
How do I maesure my bodyfat%?
B.I-3-C is a natural plant extract used to control estrogen.I am using it in conjuction with Hyperdrol 2 for estrogen control in PCT.

C.On day 6 I am adding Propadrol and increasing the PheraVol to 2 caps
spread out 1 cap/2xday
***My question is should I start the Propadrol off right away at 3caps***

hey just got on board with this log, sorry i missed it.. looking good joe. only advice i have for you is ensure that you are drinking loads of water as the PV and prop might give you headaches from lack of water.... and have some taurine on hand for possible back pump relief..... i do taurine at 2000 mg everyday on or off cycle.... good luck and i will stay on board for support and any input i might can suggest.... Glad to see another "old fart" on cycle over here (like me )
I am on an Epi cycle right now and my PCT supps are similar to yours with slight modification.
My workout program is also similar to this style. I tend to do a couple high reps (15, not to failure) on my first exercise for muscle group to warm up, then I do an "acclimation" set (heavy 10 reps, not to failure). Once I'm warmed up I start throwing on the weight and keep my rep range from 4-6 reps to failure(3 sets). My next exercise for same muscle group I go right for the heavy 3 set, 4-6 rep range.

In summary... I do a total of about 9 sets, 4-6 reps HEAVY(per muscle). This doesn't sound like much (on paper), but the INTENSITY is through the roof in the gym!
I'm telling you, my body responds GREAT and I am constantly upping the weight on a weekly basis (Added 10 pounds to Lat exersices last night), and the comments from friends are never ending!

BTW...Carb up a bit before you hit the gym. It makes all the difference in the world!
