Welcome,With my job and training I drink atleast a gallon of water a day.Question with the Taurine Do you split the dosage or take 2000mg at one time?

Yeah us "old farts" huh.I like your training idea with the warmup sets(light weight X 15reps) Excellent.I also like to do light weight/high reps for Tri's,Bi's and Calves.Could you post your P.C.T. when get a chance.thanks also for the carb idea.I eat a cup of oatmeal about 1 hour pre workout.

Joe I take my taurine in liquid form... ok dont flame me fockers..... i drink 1 monster a day, this started in Iraq when i did my first PP cycle and i was having pretty bad back pumps... i read about taurine helping, so i was in the dinning fac. and i saw an energy drink (rip it) everyone was drinkng them like they were going outta style. so i picked up a couple, whilst reading the label i founs they contain 1000mg of taurine per serving. thus started the begining of the one energy drink aday, actually over there it was more like 4 to 6 but i wasnt worried about a lil extra belly weight...... anyways 1 monster has 2000 mg of taurine in it, so that is how i get mine.

im not saying this is the right way to dose taurine im just saying it worked for me over there and i still do it today.

First of all THANK YOU for your service in Iraq and secondly I have a bottle of Vit. Shoppe Taurine 500mg/cap so I will take 1000mg/2xday.

I still go HEAVY with 4-6 rep range on the Tris, Bis, Calves. I just make sure I warm/pump them up before going heavy with good, but not strict form.

I'll throw you my PCT when I get to my computer(on a friends now). I've got one more week of Epi then hitting PCT. Doc Houser has been a great help developing my PCT. I'm just as pyched to hit PCT as I am hitting this Epi.

GetTest Where to fit in heavy Tri/Bi work?
I am on a Mon, Tue, & Thur, Fri workout routine.
I like to separate my workouts "Push" one day, "Pull" one day, Legs the other day. On the fourth day I do shoulders/abs.
I separate the shoulders abs, because my shoulders need the most development and when I did it on my "Push" day the shoulder workout was weak and the entire workout was too long.
I like to be out of the gym within an hour (I workout, no socializing)

This is probably the closest workout I follow(but not exactly). You have to modify things to how your body reacts.
