Well good luck with this cycle. We will be running very similar, I am about to start a Phera Vol / Propadrol cycle myself.

You sure are running quite a bit of supporting supps, while on cycle....how many cycles have you ran before?

Looking good Joe!

Q: Interesting training. Why the high reps on the SQ, SLDL @ DL? Just curious-you looking at more enduance or you play other sports etc? Volume seems a bit low in some areas?

This is my first Cycle.Most of my supporting supps are what I take everyday after reading the info from Dinoii's and RA's threads.Which would you "omit" and "why"

I used this exact same routine last year and had great results with 20 Rep Squat program adding size and I enjoy the challenge with the program.Also the 20 rep squats stimulate alot of muscle growth.(RIGHT)With this program it teaches me concentration on mind-muscle connection.Where would you suggest I increase the volume and how many reps/sets?

If you are happy with the program and have results than I am not suggesting you change it. I was curious. I am not a BB so the other guys will have more experience in building mass. I would say you want big legs then you need to SQ lower reps and heavy. Some super set etc for there mass.

To mirror Sonny, I was just wondering. Sometimes people have several cycles and need so many supporting supps because of previous problems to make sure they don't happen again. I have a lot of respect for dinoiii, and faith in RA for advice.

It was just so stacked that I was wondering if you were new to this and taking it very careful, or had past experiences that you were trying to aviod.
