I used this exact same routine last year and had great results with 20 Rep Squat program adding size and I enjoy the challenge with the program.Also the 20 rep squats stimulate alot of muscle growth.(RIGHT)With this program it teaches me concentration on mind-muscle connection.Where would you suggest I increase the volume and how many reps/sets?
