*Warm-up wrist rotations, elbows bent to 90deg, kept at sides, rotate wrists through pronation supination, using 5-10lb db's, works really well.*

Lethargy: Still lurking, this could be a beast
Aggression: Up a little during workout, which is a plus
Hunger: It's still up, I was hungry late las night and had a Muscle Milk shake :D
Strength: Stronger today, not gonna get crazy and say best ever, but felt good, real good, I like the separation of width and thickness.

Weigh-in: 182 +0, dammit, gotta kick up the calories
Lethargy: Still doin ok, with SD it was about the same, not as bad as some may think
Aggression: I have some moments where I'll react a bit more harsh than normal, but still fine. With tren I was thinkin the most eil thoughts in my head.
Hunger: So so today I am freakin hatin eggs though, munchin on jerky is a good treat though 
Strength: Off day, can't wait for tomorrow, hammy's are sore as a mofo today. And with my increase in fattier foods like red meat, I expected a little more soreness, its a pleasant pain, after all This is SPARTA!!!!!!!!!
Other Sides: I am usually getting at least one pimple, but I never really get many sides like this. Hair Loss is extreme, wait, nevermind, I just got a haircut, haha
Comments: I may be adding in the Formestane at day 11 to get through the bottle and to stave off any estrogen that may be lurking from what came about with JW.

That damn lethargy. 
I just came off an Epi cycle and it started hitting me hard the last couple days. I had to take a Vivarin preWO, but after I got home I was ready for bed.
The lethargy thing was weird, because during the day I felt lazy, but once I hit the gym I was amazed at the strength I had.
