Jason gets PUMPED with Hemodraulix
Welcome aboard to my new and second log!
To give further insight to those of my first log: I recently ran a DS/PH stack of Phera/Tren/HDrol for 7-weeks and I successfully ended my 6-week PCT last saturday (6/27/09). I gained a bit of unwanted fat, so I'm now opting for this slight recomp as listed below. If you're interested in reviewing my past log; type in the search, "Jason's Spring"
Stats:
Height - 5'9"
Weight - 194lbs
BF - 12-13%
Current 1RM Lifts:
Squat - 500x1

3x LeanFX taken 3xday (every 8hrs)
4x ACTX taken 4xday (every 6hrs)
Supporting supps taken in the morning/night
Goals:
1) Slight Recomp (shed off some BF)
2) Maintain/Gain as much Strength/Size as possible
Training:
Max-OT Style:
*6-9 sets for bigger body parts and 4-6 for smaller
*4-6 reps for everything, except for abs and pullups
*training duration will be between 45mins-1hr (no longer)
*cardio sesh's will be anywhere from 15-45mins (depending on intensity)
Monday: Chest/Tri's/Calves + Cardio
Tuesday: Back/Biceps/Forearms + Cardio
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Quads/Hams + Punching Bag
Friday: Delts/Traps/Abs + Cardio
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Off
*May switch up days and/or splits when needed
Diet:
*super clean
*MACRO'S - (75-100g fat/ 200-250g protein/ 300-350g carbs/ 2800-3200 calories) - per day
water (at least 1gal/day)
1% milk
protein shakes (cytogainer)
oats
cottage cheese
peanut butter
chicken breasts
orange roughy
eggs - both whole and whites
bananas
pineapples (slices in can)
yogurt
tuna
bread
and perhaps a few other things i've forgotten to list...
I have planned to run this program for one full month, perhaps two - varying upon what the first month gives me.
This wraps it up, so without further adieu, let's get this show on the road!
-Jason

DAY 1 MONDAY 6/29/09
Weight - 194lbs
Supplements:
8x Hemodraulix taken 30-45mins before each workout (none taken on off days)
3x LeanFX taken 3xday (every 8hrs)
4x ACTX taken 4xday (every 6hrs)
Supporting supps taken in the morning/night
Diet:
Meal 1 - 2x8oz chicken breasts, 2cps of potatoes
WORKOUT
Meal 2 - 1 cytogainer shake
Meal 3 - 2cp rice, 2 8oz orange roughy
Meal 4 - 1 cytogainer shake
Meal 5 - 1cp yogurt, 1/2cup of peanut butter
Workout:
Pounds X Reps
CHEST
Flat Bench Press - 135x10 (wu), 135x10 (wu), 185x5 (wu), 225x3 (wu), 275x4, 275x4
Incline Bench Press - 225x6, 225x5
Weight Dips - BW+90x6, BW+90x6
TRICEPS
Skull Crushers - 125x5
Rope Pulldowns - 200x6
DB Kickbacks (off rack, 1-hand) - 45x6
Reverse Cable Pulldowns (1-hand) - 70x6
CALVES
Seated Calf Raises - 135x10 (wu), 235x5 (wu), 335x6
Machine Standing Calf raises - 285x10 w/ 3sec pauses while calfs extended
CARDIO:
None due to lack of time.
Day 1 Review: This is my first time using the MAX-OT Training routine. So far, I'm liking it. I would have gone heavier/more reps on Flat Bench, but I didn't have a spot (very particular about spotters). Every other exercise went quick and easy. I had a very nice pump and felt full/hard. My diet was a bit funny today, but it will be spot-on tomorrow.
