sorry this log has been so jumpy, but between working two jobs and getting to the gym... ive been home maybe 20 min this week to relax... but here is where I stand thus far

Heres what im running:
Phera-max 30mg a day
today was my last day of running Mdrol 10 mg a day bumping up to 20 mg tomarrow
cycle support 2 drinks daily
ReservAcai 2 caps daily
fish oil daily

Todays workout....

DAY 20
CHEST


Flat Bench 135x10, 185x10, 205x10, 135x20
(in between i did diamond push ups close and wide)

Decline Bench 135x10, 185x10, 225x10, 245x10

High cable flys 45x10, 50x10,55x10

Cable crossovers 75x10, 80x10, 85x10

dips 3 sets of 10 with a forward lean to get tight squeeze in pecs

Pec deck 45x10, 60x10, 70x10

then I tried out DB press taking the DB's with palms facing you and when extending up I twisted to turn palms outward once at top of press.... really liked this one ... get a good squeeze in the chest

and then some other little pec workouts....




all and all im feeling great in the gym... the guns are rock hard all day really loving this cycle I will take measurements later in the day, but im definitely getting bigger off this stuff. the transition from mdrol at 10 mg to 20 mg is going to be awesome i cant wait!

Congrats on your gains so far. Your doing a bench of 135 x 10, 185 x 10, 205 x 10, 135 x 20. So basically your first 2 sets are "warm ups" then you do a decent set w/ 205 and follow up w/ a 20 rep set. I personally would drop the 20 rep set and add 2 more sets w/ a 6 - 8 rep range. And I'd drop the decline bench and do incline instead since you are doing dips. Just my .02

just took meausements (no pump).... heres where im at on day 20 of my cycle
Dosage:
-30mg Phera-max
-10mg Mdrol
-2 drinks Cycle Support
-2 caps ReservAcai
-fish oil


beginning numbers
Bicepts: 15.5"
Calves: 16.5"
Neck: 16.5"
Chest: 42"
Waist: 35"

Current Numbers
Bicepts 16.25"..... up almost and inch
Calves: 16.5" (havent done much leg work since hurt knee at work)
Neck: 17.5"............up an inch !!!!
Chest: 44.5.........up 2 and a half inches !!!!

Waist: 33"...........down 2 inches

needless to say im stoked about my measurments so far can wait for future gains

yeah I didnt do incline today because it seemed like everytime i went to do it some one had the bench... and i think I may take your advice on the Flat bench routine... how do you feel about burn out set on bench?? I think i may start incorparating them into my workout based on feedback...

A burn out set like 20 reps of something??? Its fine, but I wouldn't do it so early in the work out. Do it near the end of before you start your flies.

Im going to be posting yesterday and todays workouts because i didnt have time to post yesterday,so here we go....

The Doesage:
I upped the mdrol intake to 20mg
while taking 30mg of pheramax
2 caps on ReservAcai
2 cycle support drinks a day
and me fish oil

DAY 21
BACK

wide grip pull-ups
3 sets of 10

Seated close grip rows
10x100, 10x115, 10x130

Seated wide grip rows
10x100, 10x115, 10x125

One handed seated rows
10x55, 10x65, 10x70

Deads
135x10,185x10, 205x20

then more Misc.workouts.... all in all not to hard of a day.. just got a good workout in. didnt take my 2nd mdrol pill until later in the day so didnt experiance the full pump up from upping the doseage, none the less still feeling great in the gym loving this cycle!

Todays workout was short because I woke up late from work last night and I was running late for the day job but ill list anyhow....

The Doseage
M-drol 20mg
Phera-max 30mg
Cycle Support 2 drinks morn and night
ReservAcai 2 caps
and some oil from our fish friends

DAY 22
ARMS

Tricepts pull downs (double rope)
10x70, 10x85, 10x100

V tricept press downs
10x100, 10x130, 10x145, 10x160

Reverse Wide ez bar cable press downs
10x85, 10x95, 10x100

skullys
50x10,50x10,70x10
again doing my iclined press after each set at 45 degree angle...great burn

front hammer curl
10x40, 10x45, 10x50
(felt so much stronger on these, the m-drol is really kicking in)

dips
2 sets of 15 no weight, then a set of 15 with 25 on my belt

ending with a bicept low cable straight bar curl dropset 85 and down



Still getting stronger, muscles are hard 24/7 and quite frankly I love it! Recovery time isn't bad and with BPS' "Anabolic 4:1:1" on the way it can only get better. For sure got the pump from upping my m-drol intake today and it feels great!!
got the best commment yesterday..."looking pretty swole, I see you been doing work in the gym" I never want this cycle to end!!!!!
