Shew- so I've had a BUSY BUSY week! Finally got some down time to sit down and right up the last few days!
Yesterday I did legs again, I'm trying to get them in twice a week (tues, Fri) to try and build as much muscle as I can. Plus, my shoulders and arms are looking good so I'm not so worried about 'building' them as much. I'd still like more mass on them, but it comes easier there.
As far as legs go:::

~Prong leg curls- hammies!

~Good Mornings- these are slowly getting easier... lol

* As far as food goes- my body is telling me all the cals are right, but I'm LOSING weight! arg! I'm down to 127... which would be great if I were cutting... but I want to build! Dern it! I think I'm also going to have to cut out the dance cardio twice a week. I did it this morning and it just kills my thighs and I don't want to loose the gains with dropping weight. I'm going to try to eat more and only do low intesity cardio for my heart. Sad... I love that class!! maybe every once and a while I'll throw it in!

anyway, I'm also attaching a picture of my DELICIOUS pizza I just ate... oh god it was good! it had:

So I'm in the final week of my ResverAcai and I'm very sad about that! :( lol. I really have enjoyed using it and will most Defiantly get more! I want to continue it thru out my bulk, and maybe into my cut next summer. But will most likely switch to PhenomV1. Anyway- on to the log-

As far as diet goes- clean. Did eat about 2tbsp of Almond Butter about 30mins ago... lol but it fit my macros since I"m bulking! lol I'm trying to stay as clean as possible this week because my father-in-law is coming to stay with us next week and he LIVES to take us out to eat! Which does a toll on my digestive system since I maintain a clean diet. Any suggestions? lol I made turkey chili for dinner and I can't WAIT! love it!

So I finished up my Resveracai and wanted to give it my final review! (I will post 2 more logs afterwards to catch up on leg/arm day this week)

Mood
I could definatly tell an increase in mood with ResverAcai. I was more focused at work and seemed to be more on track with accomplishing things at home.
Energy
I felt great! As many of you know my days are long- 4am to 10pm- so having the extra boost helped a lot. I didn't feel 'run down' at any part of the log.
immune support
Everyone at work got sick and I didn't... I think that says it all!

Overall
Overall I feel that ReseverAcai is a great support supplement for anyone that wants a boost in mood, immune support, and just general health. Superfruits are great taken with any plan- bulking or cutting. And you can't go wrong with this one!
