*diet was clean until I went to dinner with my hubs and his dad at Ruby Tuesdays... lol I got the turkey minis though!

~After this I ran on the treadmill with the incline at 10 and speed of 5 for 1/2 mile, then got on the stairmaster thing for 15mins at level 10. (I needed cardio after Ruby Tuesdays!)
*Diet today has been clean, unfortunatly we were busy and I missed my mid-morning snack, but I'll eat it this afternoon

tonight is my junior womens club's halloween party.... I'm eating before I go and chewing gum the whole time! Can't take a night of candy! UCK!
