question for yall. im plannin on running lean fx but i also have a bottle of the old anabolic extreme Retain. the first one not retain 2. I dont know much about it. anybody got any info for me? and also have a bottle of 1-T not 1-T Tren. what yall know about the 1-T

ripped tabs r a prohormone and just got back from gym doing cardio. ive done 30 mins 3 times this week. gonna stay with that for 3 weeks and then do it for 40 mins 4-5 times a week

cardio for 30 mins. walk jog run jog run jog etc
abs
feeling great and starving all the time. and all i wanna do is go to the gym

Retain2 or just Retain?
They are good for Cort blocking (  ).
1 Mid Afternoon...
I used to do 1 before workout and.1 after. (Workout at night)
