*Had an awesome workout today. Resting for the weekend really helped me recover and come back strong tonight. I was also pissed in the gym because some 12 year old punk was staring at my girlfriend for like 10 minutes strait...oh well I guess it's a compliment lol. Tomorrow I'll be training Legs and Biceps/forearms. I definitely feel like I'm getting leaner around my waistline which is where I carry most of my excess bodyweight. Today was my first day at 3 caps/day dosing.
