Ok Agreed 75mgs will start at week 4 and run it all the way to end of week 5 or mabey .. prb wanna keep it a 5 week cycle.. thanks dudes

Weight: 179.5 lbs up 6.5 pounds so far for 3 weeks flat at 50mgs... looking bigger in the mirror! laid off cardio a little too... just want to get big and strong! ill recomp on the Bioforge.

Bench Press

Thoughts

I guess when people say 50mgs insnt cutting it,, it just isnt cutting it.. I guess u only get so far with 50mgs of h-drol. So ive upped it to 75mgs today! Desent workout... New record on inlince bench... my incline feels real good right now and it feels like its improving the most!

Sides a 75mgs

Nothing really yet.. all my previouse sides went away fairly quick... the sides come and go for me personally.

Well.. im more than half way there on the 10 pounds marker so ill keep my fingers crossed and EAT! Have been feeling a little lethargic today... but whatever..

Hey chris,

If you are feeling lethargic at all you could pick up some L tyrosine. I find that it helps with mental alertness and the tired feeling. I sometimes take them preworkout off cycle just for a boost but they help at around 500mg once or twice depending on the boost you need.

Good job so far. 6.5lbs is nothing to be modest about. Those are some great gains. And good idea laying off the cardio and eat up. PHs feed on what you are feeding on so get in some healthy food but in some nice quantities. Keep it up man. Oh btw I am going to be doing a different cycle before I hop into the PPlex Hdrol Cycle. I am going to be doing a 6 week Turinabol cycle first starting the last week of November. Keeping the itch already lol.

Good work out... descent pumps nothing special.. Ever since i upped my h-drol to 75mgs I feel alout more energy, a different type of focused confidence, and a sence of well being like im on a high.. prob cuz i am its funny cuz some of the girls say there somthin different about me. most of all.. no sleeping isses like ive had on my last lil bitch 2 week run..

little more shrinkage.. little more aggression and energy.. acne cleared right up!

Chris,

I am not going to tell you what to do per se but since you are eating like a horse and taking a PH you should be lifting like a monster. Make sure you are lifting as heavy as you can for all of your compound lifting. Example instead of doing 3 sets of 10 for deads you should try and do make 10, 8, 6 and up the weight each time. This is of course keeping in mind that you have proper form. The heavier you lift with control the more you grow.

I mean your workouts look great but try to up the weight a bit and you might notice a difference especially since you are using right now.

Thanks Stevo.. ya i just dont like deadlifts and as for my squat.. il try and go heavier.. i just feel lik eim gonna hurt myself soem times using heavy ass wight on squates..
