2 sets of 115lbs for 10 reps
Bulgarian Dumbell Lunges (these really make em hurt)
3 sets of 40llbs Dumbells for 10 reps each leg.
Narrow legged squates with barbell
2 sets of 135lbs for 15 reps
Deadlifts
2 sets of 135llbs for 10 reps
Lower back Hyper extentions
3 sets of 15 reps with 10lbs plate
Machine Lower back extentions
3 sets of 10 with whatever weight
Stiff Legged Deadlift with barbell

THOUGHTS
Good work out... descent pumps nothing special.. Ever since i upped my h-drol to 75mgs I feel alout more energy, a different type of focused confidence, and a sence of well being like im on a high.. prob cuz i am

its funny cuz some of the girls say there somthin different about me. most of all.. no sleeping isses like ive had on my last lil bitch 2 week run..
