Diet
Conisting of Brown Rice, Whole wheat bread, chicken, tuna, turkey, cottage cheese, low fat string cheese, fruits, veggies. 2500 to 3000 calories.
Workout
MAX - OT program 4 days a week MON, TUES,THURS, FRID
Cardio will be done 3 times a week
Goal: Want to lean bulk it. Basically, drop some body fat while gaining roughly 5 to 10 pounds of muscle with some strength. Not really concened with body weight numbers,... just what looks good in the mirorr.
Questions: how should I dose my Anti Estrogen? and how intense (Beats per min) should my cardio be to suit my goals stated above, given I have my diet in check?? how high you think my carbs should be to creat this look?
