Day Three

Chest and Shoulders Day. With the upper back still tight, it did impact my workout a bit. Still, incline bench was right where it had been so even with the back pain, the strength was still there.

Day Four

Legs and Abs. Nothing too exciting to post here. I was pressed for time so I was only able to work out for about 30 minutes. The energy and strength was definitely there to do more, just ran out of time. The boys are back to normal so that's nice as well. Figured it would take a few days.

Day Five

Back, traps, and shoulders. After a one hour massage yesterday that focused just on my upper back... I was ready to wreck it again! Nah, I hit it hard but not to the point of wasting the $75 I just plunked down which included tip. Great workout. Back felt nice and pumped like my chest and arms usually do after working them.
