Day Fourteen and Fifteen

Day Sixteen

I'm changing it up a bit. Instead of taking it at 7am, 11am, 3pm, and 7pm, I am going to do 7am, noon, 7pm and 30 minutes prior to working out. My workout times are either 9:30am or 2pm so the dose will be at 9am or 1:30pm.

Back. It seems that my time on Mondays are getting more and more limited. I barely had enough time to get in 25 minutes. It was a decent workout though. Pushed the weights as hard as I could to keep the momentum going.

Day Seventeen

Chest and Shoulders. Strength was down today. Usually I top out around 205 eight times (working out alone so no spotter) on the incline bench and today I was barely able to do five! Oh well, I'll chalk it up to outside factors I guess. I hit it hard on the pec deck and other movements.

Day Nineteen

Back and Shoulders. An overall decent workout. Was sweating a little more than usual again. Back workout stayed strong throughout the 45 minutes. Shoulders lacked a little bit, but that's because I think I slept wrong last night and it was pinched. Sucks to be over 35.....

Day Twenty

Arms and Abs. Great workout today. They usually are because I have 45 minutes for just arms and abs and can really take my time. It's also one of the days that I workout 1t 9:30am so, since testosterone is higher in the morning....

Well, being 37 years old, a homeowner, and father of two took it's toll on me this weekend. It was absolutely beautiful outside this past weekend so it was time to get the yardwork done. 50's and sunny in the midwest makes for a perfect fall weekend. Needless to say after six hours of blowing leaves, mowing the lawn short, clearing out the gutters, gutting pumpkins.... I tweaked both of my shoulders. I really noticed it climbing down from the ladder. So, I'm taking today and tomorrow off and then hit Wednesday Legs, Thursday Back and Biceps and Friday Chest and Triceps.... at least that's the plan.....

Legs and Abs. Same as last week. Broke a sweat in the third set of squats. I think taking on MA right before working out is the trick. Decent leg workout today. No PR's, but this is the last week of my PCT so I would guess that things will stable out from here... we'll see.

Day Twenty-Six

Back and biceps. I'm still favoring my shoulders because I know I have a LOT of yardwork this weekend. All in all, it was still a good workout. Sweatin' early as usual and put in a good 45 minutes today. Back felt great throughout, but towards the end the shoulders were getting sore.

Day Twenty-Seven

Chest, triceps, and abs. Pretty good today. I was pressed for time (only 35 minutes) but I shortened my rest between sets from 60 seconds to 45. I was able to get in a decent workout without stressing the shoulders too much. Kinda difficult when benching and doing flys though. Strength dropped, but that was because of the shoulders. Tricep strength was the same even on overhead and pressdown movements.

Day Twenty-Eight, Twenty-Nine, and Thirty

Rest (only took three a day)

Day Thirty-One

Chest. A very decent workout today. It's sad to see this come to an end so soon. No real PRs, but the higher end weights didn't pose any problems.

Day Thirty-Two

Legs and Abs. Same as usual here. I never try to go too hard with legs because I need to get from meeting to meeting in seven different buildings every day and walking around all hobbled over wouldn't go over very well.
