Day Twenty-Six
Back and biceps. I'm still favoring my shoulders because I know I have a LOT of yardwork this weekend. All in all, it was still a good workout. Sweatin' early as usual and put in a good 45 minutes today. Back felt great throughout, but towards the end the shoulders were getting sore.
Day Twenty-Seven
Chest, triceps, and abs. Pretty good today. I was pressed for time (only 35 minutes) but I shortened my rest between sets from 60 seconds to 45. I was able to get in a decent workout without stressing the shoulders too much. Kinda difficult when benching and doing flys though. Strength dropped, but that was because of the shoulders. Tricep strength was the same even on overhead and pressdown movements.
Day Twenty-Eight, Twenty-Nine, and Thirty

Day Thirty-One
Chest. A very decent workout today. It's sad to see this come to an end so soon. No real PRs, but the higher end weights didn't pose any problems.
Day Thirty-Two
Legs and Abs. Same as usual here. I never try to go too hard with legs because I need to get from meeting to meeting in seven different buildings every day and walking around all hobbled over wouldn't go over very well.
