well today I would have to say that I feel like I have a pump I noticed it last night and it wont go away lol my arms that is . I will see how my workout goes tonight .
I haven't noticed a change in strength yet I ink over all my endurance is up a tad bit . I figure at the end of week 2 to early week 3 I will see some good results . I have only hit the weights 4-5 times so I might just bump it up and tear it up to get the most out of this cycle . I will be doing back and triceps to day since yesterday I did chest and shoulders I'm not sure if DC training is frequent enough for on cycle so I am going to change it up a bit nothing to crazy . Headin in to week 2 at same weight as I started 193-196lbs is were I have been so we shall see what happens from here.
well i double checked my BF% and did a 4 point check this time instead of a 3 point and came up with 13% thats the best I can do for checking lol I would like to see around 10%-11% by the end of this cycle
