"Compared to baseline, free testosterone underwent overall increases of 90% for 300 mg 6-OXO and 84% for 600 mg, respectively (p < 0.05). DHT underwent significant overall increases (p < 0.05) of 192% and 265% with 300 mg and 600 mg, respectively. T/E increased 53% and 67% for 300 mg and 600 mg 6-OXO, respectively. For estrone, 300 mg produced an overall increase of 22%, whereas 600 mg caused a 52% increase (p < 0.05).Body composition did not change with supplementation (p > 0.05) and clinical safety markers were not adversely affected with ingestion of either supplement dose (p > 0.05)."
So lets see (now I admit the sentence structure in the first study is a bit annoying but):
....................................Novedex XT..................6-oxo
Free Test...........................625%............... ...........90%
DHT .................................566% .........................265%
T/E.................................. 438% ........................67%
Change body mass............-3.5% fat mass............No change
On a last note, I have not looked into these studies in any effort to determine financial sponsorship.
yes, the shitty doubling of DHT with Novedex compared to 6-oxo sucks (run 5-a-reductase inhib during pct) but Free Test is KING for anabolic purposes.
You must attempt to maintain a strong anabolic environment in pct (essential free test and thyroid hormone driven) or your gains will disappear.

Hmmmm. Interesting to me how 300mg of 6OXO is just as good, actually a bit better, than 600mg. Do most people really have problems with hair loss brought on by their AI's?
Somewhat surprising to me. Just curious, What 5-a-reductase inhib would you recommend?
