Default Dosages
I am actually cutting back to just the one Novadex per day now, and one tamo. I got an odd pain in my right abdomen and thought surely my liver was giving up, so i cut all my dosages back to the minimum, until I finally had the time to do some research...and the liver is apparently higher up than where my pain is, and I don't have any symptoms of liver inflammation, so I am going with 'pulled ab muscle' and adding Glutamine Peptide and more Protein. And if it makes any difference I was already taking anti-cortisol, the X-Lean by IBE, and I have a topical spray as well.
