Thanks soooo much guys. My gyno isn't toooo bad. It just bugs me. I cant wear white medium tees anymore.

I agree with BadSanta that you should definitely consult a doctor. Do some homework on reputable plastic surgeons in your state and schedule a FREE consult (all consultations are free). If that is the route that you would like to go, ask for references from the surgeon and find a payment plan that is within your budget. If the gynecomastia is really troubling your daily life, then it would be worth it if I were you to get the surgery and deal with a little bit of down-time and wearing a brace for a short period of time, depending on the severity.

I've seen some people that seemed to have success with letro, but the sides really aren't worth it IMO and you're only further screwing with your hormonal profile which in turn could worsen the problem.

If you were experiencing gyno development while running an AAS cycle or you just reported symptoms of delayed onset gyno, which is fairly common with some of these crazy designers, I would say that TransForm (our topical formestane) would be a good choice for minimizing or eliminating the gyno.

However, in your case I would definitely not stress over it and just find a good plastic surgeon that offers financing.

I kinda have the same thing. It could be just a little excess fat under the nip. I actually got a free consultation from a surgeon in Pasadena and the cost was VERY inexpensive to make a small incision around the bottom of the areola and use ultra-sound to breakup any glandular tissue and use liposuction to remove the tissue. The doctor is really reputable and quoted me $1500 dollars. Finance that over a year and pay the $100 bucks a month.

thanks guys. i wouldnt mind getting the surgery, its just i got laid off and cant afford more than a bottle of pills. I am really broke and figure trying some pills first couldnt hurt. It isnt really bad, and from what I have read, letro could help. I think ill try that first, then go with the surgery.

Even with the most advanced scheme, Letro will not be a permenant fix and could do more harm than any good. But, then again... I know how it is to want to get rid of something.

Matthew McNamara from Nip/Tuck was so displeased with his uncircumcised penis, that he tried cutting off his own foreskin.

alright guys, ive done some research and decided to go with the letro, then nolva after I run out, to prevent any rebound. My question is, how many pills of each should I buy?

Also is it ok to use generics?

Best of luck to you my good friend! Maybe ask Dr. Houser? This guy from AM.com named RenegadeRows had a good protocol for using letro to eliminate gyno, but I think that in the long term, it failed anyhow.

Lidocaine, scalpel, swabs, gauze, and medical adhesive. Hahaha. JK!
