So since everyone is from the AM or DA I'm not worried about posting the old details of the tren/m14add/halo cycle. I gained 14lbs wet from 232 to 246. Ok so I'm about 2 weeks into pct and I'm 238 - 240 depending on how hungry I am that day. So from a 7 week cycle all I gained was 7-8lbs?

I'm a little bit disappointed to say the least... Is anyone else noticing this problem of late? Running too many cycles back to back limiting the body? I know it sounds ridiculous... RA, others?

I'm intentionally leaning out, but I'm at 205... so 3 pounds in 5 weeks?? hahahaha! I'm actually retaining all of my muscle gains though, just losing body fat it seems.

You may not have lost as much as you think. I lost 14lbs after my last cycle. I initially freaked out but after I started taking measurements (I keep them for my full body....well most of it:wink and come to find out that most of what I lost was weight around my waist and stomach that I had accumilated over the last year from eating too much sugary foods during my cycles. You may look at that so you will know exactly where you are losing and how much:wink:

Just a thought, but maybe you guys just have the bar set too high.

I made it a goal to gain 10lbs of lean body mass in one year. Starting from a competition I had competed in last June to the competition I was in 2 weeks ago, I gained a total 12.8lbs, beating my goal by just under 3lbs. Just my opinion but 10lbs LBM in 365 days is quite an accomplishment, and I think setting your goals much higher than that is only gonna lead to disappointment, but that's just me

I can almost agree wholey with this, I personally set the bar @ 20 and havent had any probs reaching it thus far. :wink:

I hear ya. But that's also 20lbs in ONE YEAR. Now imagine gaining about 70% of those gains in 14% of the time. That's exactly what Voodoo accomplished in his cycle. And like I said, that's a lot in such a short period of time; negative feedback's a bitch.

while I agree with you sin, my goal is 50lbs a year. I've done it for a year and a half solid, 75lbs.... so of course now as start to reach the point where my body slows down because of natural limitations (humans were only meant to get so big so fast) I get disappointed.

My goal for July 12th is 250lbs. Somehow, I don't think Ill make it lean. Oh well....

Well see if I get anywhere close to 275 by December 31st...

50lbs?! That's freaking insane gains! More power to ya. I guess another point to make is that although I'm sure you're fully aware of the concept of a "Natural Limit" there's also the possibility of an "Unnatural Limit". As we level off when we work out without anabolics, we can most certainly level off with them (hence, most steroid users keep having to take more and more to see the same effect). It is my speculation that some of the top world bodybuilder's actually need their shopping list worth of anabolics just to maintain their size.
