Looks like PP has a nice summary of tocotrienols in the writeup, I am not up to speed on the newest research yet.
Correlational studies (like the recent Cochrane review) would suggest that alpha-tocopherol by itself might be doing some negative things, so balance is definitely important as each form seems to work differently.
I plan on purchasing this to complement my mixed tocopherols as it is damn near impossible to find tocotrienols in a supplement, and I know my diet lacks E right now. Thanks PP
