So i ended up with 2 bottles of eq-plex b4 the ban.....ive noticed that people run this compound at high doses and for 6-8weeks.....is it worth runnin bold at 800mgs for like 4weeks? since thats all i have enough for? maybe stack it or bridge it with something or should i just get rid of it?

Theres a thread on someone running EQ-plex at a low dosage of 400mg and got great results. Even though most people would recommend nothing less than 600mg and ideally 800mgs. You could stack it with something like I am right now like phera.

Have you used EQ-plex before? If not, you could try it at a lower dosage and extend the life of the small amounts of pills you have to go 6 weeks. something like 400mgs for 3 weeks then 600mgs for 1 and 800mgs for the next 2. Seeing how you dont really get results until week 3-4, I dont see the importance of loading up 800mgs for the first 2 weeks. And if you do stack it with p-plex you can start it at week 4 when you start getting the best results and would be running it at 800mgs for the next 2 weeks when phera is at its weakest. After that the phera should come in at week 7-8 and blow you up.

yeah i wont run it for at least a year anyways..i wanted to run it with hdrol.... like next summer, it was actually my most anticipated cycle for some reason.....i got all this shit when i first found out about PH's cause it was gettin banned, i wish i woulda done more research and picked up 4 bottles instead of 2!!!

I think the average is 600 for 8 weeks, and I think most wont see results until around week 4.
