Default Cycle Help

I am about to start an Hdrol cycle and could use some help. I am not sure but I'm guessing that one pill is 25mg? I guess what I am trying to ask is what dosing has worked for you? like a 25/50/50/75 or a 50/50/50/50 or 25/50/75/100? I am pretty new to PH my weight fluctuates daily so I am somewhere between 145 - 150. 5'11 I am 22 with about 2-3 years lifting experience.

Dude check out this website, it will give you alot of basic info on how to run an h-drol cycle.

If I were you though man, I'd wait a while to run a cycle, that small you can easily put on a lot of weight just by eating right and lifting hard.

thank you that really helps. i know i am small, but it is VERY hard for me to gain weight. I have eat more than is humanly possible and have drank every weight gainer on the market. when i first started working out i was about 125 - 130. i did a cycle of PH and got my weight up to 160. i did not do my pct right so i lost a lot of weight and a lot of strength gains. PH's is really the only thing that has ever helped me put on quality weight.

Good advice above. The "Bible" is pretty good. If you were really hard up to run it, you would probably do pretty well running 50 across the board or go 50/50/75/75 for a first cycle. Keep in mind that PCT is more important than your cycle, so plan accordingly. OTC PCT should suffice for either one of the above dosing, but you should get bloodwork done before you begin.

Also, at 22 with only 2-3 years of lifting, I would also suggest going natural for another few years and focus more on diet. Reassess your diet. What you THINK is a good diet good be otherwise for what you are trying to accomplish.

Before jumping into PH's, why not try some testboosters first, or AI+testbooster combo?

They might give you the extra edge you need and are definitely safer.
