Second cycle, I would just run the halo solo at 50x4 or 100x4 if you have it. Would not mess with only adding 10mg SD. I have not really gotten anything out of 10-20mg SD after getting 240+.
Also, would take more time off between cycles. Commonly you will hear time on + PCT = time off. 1 mo cycle + 1mo PCT = 2 clean months (no cycle or pct) before next cycle. So like 3 a year. Personally, not many people who use PH do this. They are too psychologically addictive.

You think that i should be able to expect 10-20lbs of LBM on a pulse of SD? If that is the case, I will be in heaven, and I can convert the 2nd cycle to pure cutting and eliminate the 3rd. I know that those type of gains are normal for a full cycle of SD, but I am afraid to do one without a SERM, and I don't really want to blow my natural rhythm quite THAT out of whack = P Also if I might gain that much, i guess i better stock up on some java lather soap to keep stretch marks away = D
Thanks for the input, by 50x4 or 100x4 do you mean 100mg ED for 4 weeks? or 4 times a week? You do not think that the potent anabolic nature of SD would help with the gains of the 2nd cycle? or do you believe that it would cause too much lethargy because of the calorie cutting?
I will probably add 1-2 weeks between my first and second cycle (since I will only really be "on" for 9-12 days), and maybe 1 extra month (or longer, depending on how close to my goals I am) between my 2nd and 3rd.
I have not heard much about the psychological addictiveness, do you know of any good studies so that i could read up about it? Or is it more of a anecdotal idea?
