Default Next few cycles - Critique?

To give you an idea of what i am starting with, 6'3" ~205, 13-17% body fat Up from 170 @ the same body fat a year ago

Cycle 1: Bulk
M-drol 3x/week, 10mg week 1, 20mg week 2-end of cycle (3 or 4 weeks, depending on how i am feeling, likewise i MIGHT move to 30mg if i feel it is necessary)
Topical Formestane on off days, and pyramid tapering for 3 weeks for pct.
Calories 3250-3750
Goal 7-10 lbs LBM

Month off
Goal gain 1-2 Lbs LBM, still bulking.

Cycle 2: Recomp 1
H-drol every day, 25mg week 1, 50mg week 2-3, 75 week 4
M-drol on work out days (3x a week) @ 10mg pre-workout for weeks 1-3
Pyramid formestane for PCT
Calories 3000-3250 week 1-3, 2500-3000 week 4-5
Goal 4-5 lbs LBM, at least 5lbs fat loss

Month off
Goal: matinence, maybe gain 1lb LBM or lose 2lb BF.

Cycle 3: Recomp/cut
???????? Not sure what to cycle with. Considered Propadrol, Furzadrol, H-Drol, Oxyguno, 1,4ADD. Oxyguno and Furzadrol are both rather expensive, which sucks. (spoiled by CEL's great deals, they need to make clones of those, and prop)
Goal: 2-5 lbs LBM, at least 10lbs fat loss.

If in ~5-6 months i could be at my current weight with ~8% BF that would be ideal. My long term goal is 215-220 @7-8% (hoping i should be able to reach this in under 1 year.

My current workout routine (which I have modified to work best with my pulsing of M-drol) is:
Chest, triceps, calves, abs - Monday
Light cardio - Tues
Back, biceps, abs - Wednesday
Light cardio - Thurs
Squats, Deadlifts, calves, forearms, abs- Friday
Light cardio - Sat
Off - Sun

Light cardio will be HIIT instead during the second 2 cycles.

My goal is to do cycles that wont horribly shut me down, and i want to stay legal (no SERMs or M1t/4ad or "real" gear = P ). I know a lot of people on this board arent convinced about the pulse cycling but i have heard about some pretty awesome results. So i am gonna try it, just not with dr. D's huge doses.

First cycle looks good. Would consider 1000cal more worth of carbs though. SD + copious carbs = massive gains. SD is really all about carb loading. Expect 10-20lbs though.

Second cycle, I would just run the halo solo at 50x4 or 100x4 if you have it. Would not mess with only adding 10mg SD. I have not really gotten anything out of 10-20mg SD after getting 240+.

Also, would take more time off between cycles. Commonly you will hear time on + PCT = time off. 1 mo cycle + 1mo PCT = 2 clean months (no cycle or pct) before next cycle. So like 3 a year. Personally, not many people who use PH do this. They are too psychologically addictive.

I think two cycles per year is plenty. If it were me and I used gear and/or PHs consistently, I would keep it to once cycle a year.

You think that i should be able to expect 10-20lbs of LBM on a pulse of SD? If that is the case, I will be in heaven, and I can convert the 2nd cycle to pure cutting and eliminate the 3rd. I know that those type of gains are normal for a full cycle of SD, but I am afraid to do one without a SERM, and I don't really want to blow my natural rhythm quite THAT out of whack = P Also if I might gain that much, i guess i better stock up on some java lather soap to keep stretch marks away = D


Thanks for the input, by 50x4 or 100x4 do you mean 100mg ED for 4 weeks? or 4 times a week? You do not think that the potent anabolic nature of SD would help with the gains of the 2nd cycle? or do you believe that it would cause too much lethargy because of the calorie cutting?

I will probably add 1-2 weeks between my first and second cycle (since I will only really be "on" for 9-12 days), and maybe 1 extra month (or longer, depending on how close to my goals I am) between my 2nd and 3rd.

I have not heard much about the psychological addictiveness, do you know of any good studies so that i could read up about it? Or is it more of a anecdotal idea?
