There is two more articles about it that were dated today.
I do not see this as being good news for the industry

Yeah looks like they may finally be cracking down.
This is just my opinion of course.
Let's hope not.

My guess is they are knocking off one of the companies in hopes that the others then cease production lest they be next. Similar to the research chemical seizure at a few places months back. It did state that LG had received one of the cease/desist letters back in 2006. I wonder which other companies currently manufacturing hormonal products also received the letter.
1) more of a reason to stock up....(code's stash becomes a bit more valuable now.....)
or
2) the science behind manufacturing PHs will continue to evolve...(dont know how many ways precursors can be made)
I tend to agree with both of your thoughts. I think the larger companies that sell hormonals as only a part of their product line are going to stop selling them real quick. Some of the smaller companies where PH/PS are all they have may still hang around for as long as they can. I am not a gloom and doom guy by any means, however with quality raws getting harder to get from China and now this I see the end of this particular era of legal hormone products. Hopefully that is not the case, but I'm gonna do a little stocking up just in case. Reference your second point, I know PA has stated the new 1AD will be DSHEA compliant and If I'm not mistaken AX 3-AD is as well.
