Default First Cycle - RPN Havoc

hey guys, im new to this board. ive been lurking for a while now, and this board seems to be the most reputable to me, so im signed up. ive decided that for my first prohormone cycle, i want to use epistane, and i think im gonna go with rpn's havoc.

ive read a lot of great posts on it thus far, but im left with a few questions.

1. i am 6'4", 235 lbs. what would my optimal dosing be?
note: please keep in mind that i have a small case of pubertal gyno. my goals are to gain both strength and mass to reduce the gyno in size (i know it's debatable as to whether this is possible, but i feel it's worth a shot).

2. almost as a sub-question to the first one, why are prohormones usually tapered-up (i.e. week 1- 10 mg ED, week 2- 20mg ED, week 3- 30 mg ED, week 4- 30 mg ED)? ive seen so many people do this, but i dont understand the rationale behind it. (im relatively new to prohormones...ive researched steroids for years and have rarely, if ever, seen this approach employed).

3. at what dose of epistane do side effects tend become apparent? and what side effects are these? (id like to avoid this range.)

4. i will definitely be taking a liver protectant before/during/after my cycle, but should i also take a product for cortisol control during/after my cycle?

5. keeping my size and weight in mind, what should i do regarding pct? i pla on using nolvadex, but what dosage would you guys recommend? (i.e. 40/30/20/20, 40/30/20/10, 40/40/20/20)? ive also seen people spike the nolva on day 1 with 60 mg? would you recommend it?

thanks a lot guys. i know some of these questions are tedious, but i feel that some people go into their first cycle unprepared; i dont want to be one of those.

oh yea, stats:

bench: 300
have not squatted or cleaned in a few months due to an injury, but prior, i squatted 385 and cleaned 264 (no straps). i WILL be squatting and cleaning though for the cycle.

Also you can find a sweet spot instead of going over board IMOP

I agree with the above. But I would suggest getting some taurine to add in for back pumps.
