Once per year I go to my primary doc for a standard physical and get all this done (as well as x-rays and turn your head and cough stuff). Then the other times a local hospital has a wellness thing that goes out to gyms, wellness centers, anything like that and you can sign up to have blood taken. Its only 33 bucks each time! Sweet deal...
