exactly what i was going to say .. you wont need CEE .. youll have enough boost in the gym.

if your starting out with 2caps/day ..like milky said spread em out by am/pm dosage .. and take 1cap around 20-30 mins before ya workout.
what else are you going to be taking during your cycling ? millthistle/saw palmetto/etc ?
and also beware of libido issues
