Have Trena and Trenadrol (was in last cycle)
Epi (was in last cycle)
Money (open to purchase if I don't have it)
As far as PCT goes I used up my stores in the last cycle. I was thinking of using a SERM for this cycle do to the length. Up to this point I have yet to run a cycle that I thought would be suppressive enough to need one so it has been OTC PCT till now.
I will be lifting as heavy as I can go in the 6-12 rep rang 4 days a week.
Each body part will be worked once a week.
I will be doing cardio 3-4 times per week.
As far as food goes I eat when I am hungry, so that would be all day (5-8 times).
