thats pretty good amount of protein/carbs .. u would see great results if u keep it up

oh and to answer ure question ..grapefruit juice.

I think that's a myth. What would be the diff between that and taking it with an antioxidant or Vit C?

Grapefruit juice contains a chemical compound called bergamottin (sp?) that has shown to positively affect the absorption of drugs. If you've ever noticed, some Dr.s will recommend you take your drugs with gf juice. As stated above tho, methyls are created as to not be broken down like non-methyls.
