how can i help the absorbtion while taking m-drol. im making sure to take healthy fats when i take it. is there anything else i can do?

With a methylated compound theres no need to worry about absorbtion ,only with non methyls.

haha ummmm okkk guys.yeah i know superdrol likes carbs. im about 170 and taking in a little over 300 grams of carbs, and about 300-350 grams of protien. im also taking in lost of healthy fats from natural peanut butter,nuts,fish oils and flaxseed oils.
