Thanks but what sucks is Ive been 250-260 numerous times.Unfortunately something always comes up in my life that keeps me away from the gym so I end up dropping a fair amount of weight and then I build back up to 250-260.

I know what you mean I was just over 250lbs when I suffered a Herniated disk between the L5 / S1 . Just when I thought it could not get any worse it did-Sciatica! I never felt pain like that before plus a numbness in my foot that lasted more then two months. Now I'm at 228lbs but at a much higher fat%

Wks 1-5 Epistane 40-50mg/day,
Wks 6-8 Methyl XT 60-80mg/day.
Wks 1-8 1,4ad 600-800mg/day
Wks 1-8 5mg M1T before bed on training days only/3 day/wk

That should test Sustain Alpha pretty well.
