Default high bp

I'm on my 4th week of epistane at 40mg's. I've been checking my bp weekly and it has been high for 25 yr.s of age.
last weeks was 150/90
this week is 140/80
any ideas should I stop the cycle or just take more cycle support or add another supp, lower my training intensity do more cardio any advice?
So, far no headaches or body aches no symptoms of having bad sides. Just, checked bp and came out high been doing weekly.

get your hands on hawthorne berries ..and dose 3-4caps a day ..spread the doses apart ..should bring it down

what was your reading before you started the cycle? you need a baseline to know if it is the epi or not. some have elevated bp normally, I do.

Also, it has drop 10pts since last week. Were the reading at the same time of day? Cuff size appropriate for your arm. Many only go up to 16" or less. Is the person competent at taking a bp? A lot of factors.....

Any OTC meds like hawthorn will take a week or two to start working anyways so you will be done by then if that is the problem.

Again, without a baseline reading you do not know if it is the epi.

You are very right sonny I need to have a baseline and that is where I failed.
As far as a competent reading It was done by a professional twice and two different people right around the same time.
Also going to run and do cardio 3x a week for 30min to see any changes occur.
Was thinking of bumping up the doseage of hwberries to 1500mg daily.Cool?
At what reading should I be concerned about and start thinking of stoping cycle?

I would just keep up with the hawthorne berrries man . up the dose and keep a close eye on your BP. Epi did the same to mine esp with cardio right after weight training . Staying hydrated and cycle support with has hawthorne berries helped alot . I wouldnt worry about stopping the cycle as long as you keep a close eye on your BP , as long as it dosent get out of control.

As noted before, keep a close eye on it. One thing to think about is that you don't need symptoms for Hi blood pressure to be a problem. I would also add, get medical advise from a doctor, not a BB forum.

Water and NAC. I believe NAC has been shown to have a more immediate impact on BP. However hawthorne does better over time from my undertanding (but like Sonny said it will take a couple of weeks).

NAC does have a profound effect, make sure your are using hawthorn berries high dosed for two weeks and u also can add celery seed for further protection.
