imo i would run a single ph for a first cycle rather then a stack...make sure u got all ur support supps and pct figured out first...they make some good all in one support supps...life support is good...cel makes some good stuff to..thats more important then the ph ur gonna run

I agree first cycle take one PH and see how your body reacts for you i would try an epi-clone like Havoc, Epistane, or Methyl E thats your best bet for dropping BF%

Havoc-
4 weeks @ 20-30 a day
Reversitol-
Week 1: 1 cap am, 2 caps pm
Week 2: 1 cap am, 1 cap pm
Week 3: 1 cap am, 1 cap pm
Week 4: 1 cap pm.

Use a good liver support and you'll do great

I'm really surprised nobody asked about your lack of PCT knowledge. Your diet and training has to be tight also or your gains (well there won't be any). Will you have a serm on hand? If you ask what a serm is you should wait on starting this cycle. Without a good PCT you will lose any gains you make. Anyone can tell you take this supplement at this time but, you should know why you are taking it and what it does. I'm not trying to come off as an a@# hole. Just want you to be safe. No prohormone is going to help you get to 8% bodyfat from 18% and add 10 to 12 pounds. If your really hell bent on starting a cycle then you can go to the section where people log there cycles and you can get an idea of there diets workouts and what they are useing for PCT. PM me for any questions.
