Firstly i would like some advice on PH cycle which product to use and i am currently recover from ACL surgery which i thought would a great time for me to improve in the weight room bearing in mind that i have been lift for a couple of years
I play basketball to a certain level and would like to more mass and become more leaner and stronger like KING JAMES.

My question what PH cycle would l need to do to promote mass and reduce bodyfat without become big like bodybuilder as would like to get down to under 10% and put like 10lbs of muscle in a 12-14 week cycle
12-14 week cycle??? for a ph? ummm... 4 weeks of hdrol, 4 weeks of Epi, or 4 weeks of trenadrol would be good. I would say EPI if you want to reduce some BF. 4 weeks is good. Not 12-14 weeks. PM me with any other questions regarding any cycles.

Yeah i understand that you couldn't do PH for 12 week straight but i mean different PH one after the other and its posible to do them one after the other without PCT or break in between
a 6 weeks cycle could very well allow you to reach your goals if well structured.
