you can use creatine on, ive never experienced problems with my back from it.

hdrol would be GREAT first cycle,

and weight gainer should be in there, if thats what you want to do,

full serving weight gainer for breakfast,

80g waxymaize with bcaas post work out then 20 min later a whey isolate shake then an hour later a full meal.

when ever you cant get a real meal in, go for the weight gainer and youll be sure to hit the macros you need.
