superdrol, extreme tren and the aas winstrol?

I'm going to be taking a 6 week cycle of sdrol and tren. tren for 6 weeks and sdrol for the 4 weeks in the middle. Could i add the aas winstrol to this for the 6 weeks? What about some clen? where could i add that in,

superdol+winstrol=liver failure. I wouln't run both unless they are in very very low dosage.But I just don't see the point in a stack like this;two 17a-methyl both pretty toxic,both highly anabolic and poorly androgenic,both class II steroids.
