23years old, 5'7 174lbs, 9% bf. Training for 4years. Ive done JW, Hdrol, Hemotropin(lol)
Alright guys, Im set on running a 3 week 10/20/20 Mdrol cycle.
Ive got my PCT of Nolva 30/30/20/20 set up.
Now, before I start, I need help with my support supps dosages.
Here is what I have so far:
Red Yeast Rice (600mg)
CoQ10(30mg)
Saw Palmetto(160mg)
Milk Thistle(150mg)
Hawthorne Berry(250mg)
Ok, now Im going to preload the milk thistle and the hawthorne berry a week before I start the cycle. But I have no idea how much I should take to load, or how much to take during/after my cycle with any of this stuff.
For my Pct Im thinking of running Trib along with the nolva. As Ive heard that running 6oxo right after the mdrol causes delayed gyno
If you guys could lay out some ideas of the dosing of these supps Id really appreciate it!
