New to PH Need advice on a first cutting stack
I have read alot about PH's and done some research and taken alot of notes. I am still confused. I have been away from the weights for awhile now, and just started back at the gym, but the last 2 years have been on and off, many unrelated gym injuries (2 car accidents, broken leg, hernitated disc, torn shoulder etc). I am all healed and have been hitting it hard for about 6 months now and feel great. My diet has improved drastically, but really need to drop some BF%, but like to retain some size.
Current stats:
Age 31
Hgt 5'8"
Weight 222
BF (according to some website calculators) between 25 and 30+ (OUCHHHH!!!)
Need to get checked at my gym with calipers!!
PH experience - none
Current Diet:
Meal 1
6 egg whites
2 whole eggs
2 packets instant oatmeal (plain)
Meal 2
1 scoop MHP Probolic SR
2 Tbsp Red Fat PB
Meal 3
2 can Tuna
2 Tbsp Light Mayo
2 slice Ezekiel Bread
Meal 4
6 oz chicken
1 cup Broccoli
Meal 5 Preworkout
1 scp MHP Probolic SR
Right after workout
2 scp MHP Probolic SR
Meal 6
6 oz Chicken Breast
2 cups mixed salad
2 tbsp FF Dressing / or olive oil & balsamic
approx. 2100 cal 255 protein 96 carbs 41 fat
* A very experienced trainer / coworker layed this out for me as I have had such trouble dropping BF% that is why the lower carbs and calories.
Training - Max OT 3 - 5 days a week
Cardio - 3 - 5 days a week lower intensity (thinking about switching to a HITT program)
Just looking to see what might be good fro a first cycle (thinking a 4 week Hdrol cycle) with a PCT.
Just having a lot of difficulty outlining the dosage for Hdrol? and is the the best for losing some BF% or should I just focus on my diet and do a PH cycle when my BF% is lower.
If not what is a good dosage for Hdrol, and what about thru cycle supps and PCT, have read a ton, but just can't get it together and organized, too many conflicting recomendations.
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
