yes, I believe that it definatly is. Your body is able to recover faster while on, but there is a limit to everything, and more is not always better. Just listen to what your body is telling you, bc rest assured it will let you know if you are infact overtraining.

definitely possible bro... being ON is only as good as your recoveries. If you are training and not giving your body adequate time to recover... yo u are prolly doing more harm than good. What makes you think you are over training? fatigue, soreness, etc?

Thanks for the answers guys. No I have no complications of me over training but just been reading up on the possiblities of over training with being on . A lot of places I have read that your calories while being on could only limit your traning volume and frequency along with getting proper sleep each night .

yes i would have to agree with all of that... sleep is so important whether you are on or off but especialy while on since you are pushing it so much!
