Question smoking pot and drinking on cycle

I know that it is a bad idea but I can't explain exactly why you shouldn't do it other than it is illegal .I was trying to tell this guy I know that he shouldn't drink or smoke pot on cycle and he just doesn't understand I guess .If someone can shed some light on what it will do to him and his cycle that would be great ,then I can just print it out and say no more .I don't want to hear "oh its bad and don't do it " I want to hear a good explanation on why not and what it does to you and your cycle.

I just can't explain it to him very well and have him believe me.
Actually the only real downside I can see from marijuana is that it makes ya lazy. It increases appetite which is good for bulking and helps ya sleep. Estrogen levels elevating from marijuana use is a myth, however it will affect short term memory. Though you'd have to live on the stuff, if you're smoking regularly (and I mean all the friggin time - for multiple years) theres a risk of cancer, but the cigarettes are far more likely to be the cause of your demise.

As for alcohol, it destroys your liver. Not to mention the whole aspect of your body trying to flush out the poison you just drank so muscle building takes a back seat. It slows the metabolism, bad for cutting. Heh, it increases the need for 4th meal.. which by no means counts as a clean diet.

Alcohol also dehydrates mucle cells and slows down protein synthesis, the occasional shot of whiskey may help raise Test. levels though Just ask Floyd Landis... lol

you know moddermouse, I still haven't found anything that shows weed to be detrimental to a bodybuilding lifestyle. Like I said, more food (so long as you can keep the eating clean) and more sleep... Really, theres no downside there.

Obviously, like I said.. you can't be snacking up on funyuns and doritos the whole time. When I'm uh, getting mice stoned for scientific purposes; I feed them chicken sandwiches, tuna, uncooked veggies, so on so forth.
