Hello All,
I have spent some time lurking, and there doesn't seem to be a great deal of consensus, although i can definitely tell that a great many of you are very knowledgeable.

Stats:
22 years old
6'2"
242 lbs.
Bench: 375 lbs.
Squat: 550 (as of last January.. knee injury that may never get better!)
40 yd: 4.58 (@ 228 lbs)

I have been lifting since I was 15, all natural. I'm an ex-college football player, so I've been around Steroids and a ton of other prohormones- but no one ever seemed to really know why what they were doing was working. I wanted to continue to pursue my genetic potential, and I've hit a flat wall with my bench and mass gains are becoming EXTREMELY hard to come by. My diet and training have always been great.

I want to cycle some Prohormones, and I was thinking of a simple M-Drol/P-Plex cycle but I am EXTREMELY concerned about PCT.

I am more familiar with extensive PCTs on the order of Nolvadex/Proviron/HCG/Clenbuterol...and I'd rather take an over the counter PCT- is this possible?

I am also concerned about Gynocemastia...will this be an issue on this cycle?

In summary, I'm looking for:
1. 1st Cycle suggestions
2. On cycle support supplements (and gyno prevention)
3. Detailed (preferably legal) PCT

I know this is a lot to ask from you guys, and I'm obviously going to continue searching and reading on this and other forums...but when i do something, I want it to be perfect...and history has taught me that the best answers come from actual responses to specific questions, not generalizations.

You definately DO NOT want to go with a mdrol/pplex bridge, let alone either compound for your first cycle. They are very harsh compounds, not for beginners. For a first cycle look into a 5-6 week h-drol or epi cycle. an otc pct will suffice for this. For support sups grab a bottle of CEL Cycle Assist. Make sure you preload also. Don't be afraid to search for this, there are a ton of threads idential to this one.

preload hawthorne berries for starters at least for first 2 weeks at 1000mg daily before starting your ph for starters then dont forget to keep takins a CycleSupport or CycleAssist throughtout the ph run only not needed on pct.

My only concern is that I'm not going to see gains based on the fact that I'm already...well, pretty damn big!

Here's what I'm thinking:

PRELOAD:

Chiefo, cycle doesnt sound bad, and it probally wont cause gyno. but it is always a possibility, best thing to do is if your ready, run the cycle, if you have signs of gyno stop and go directly into PCT. I always run my support supps prior to, during and thru PCT. i have never run a halo cycle so dosing.... i dont know, but you are a big boy i would start out low maybe 50mg ED and ram it up after the first week if your not feeling it..... just my advice

oh yeah i would run the hawthorne at 1500mg ED thru the cycle, maybe load at 1000mg and then when cycle starts go to 1500, again just my .02.... also i havent used cycle support.... hold on, lemme check... ok looks pretty solid, you might add some niacin and taurine... 1000-1500 niaicin and 3000mg-6000 taurine, maybe some omega 3s also..... i always push to the over safe when it comes to support supps

at your size you will want to run the halo at a higher dose. Its a fairly mild compound as far as sides go. consider running it 50/75/75/75/75/75. are you prone to gyno, have you had it before? with halo gyno concerns are pretty unheard of, so an AI on cycle is not necessary. If it is a real concern you ( and you run the cycle longer than 4 weeks @ 50) then run your 6oxo in pct 600/300/300/300.

cycle support is not necessary during pct, I just like to continue my liver support during pct. You will also want to get a natty test booster like hypertest and a cortisol blocker like lean xtreme.

and dont worry, just because your already a big guy, doesn't mean your body wont respond. You should be very impressed w/ the cycle.

First off thanks to everyone who responded.
Thanks esp. @ hardcorefitness for pointing out he was running a similar cycle.
Here's the "near" final draft....thoughts?


Preload:
Hawthorne Berry 1000mg ED (2 weeks)

ON:
