DB rows ( These fuckin hurt my injury while i was doing them so i went light.. this sucks!) 20 sec rest
Figures since i had to go light i would make the rests periods short to get the most out of them.

Ended the workout with an abb pary and some air squats on the balance ball ( those are fun and good for stability) I liked the pump i got in my legs form those balance ball air squats. My weight seems to be trickling down but its all the fat on my stomach and handles.. hell ya thats what i want.
Nothing to report on the 11 oxo yet.. thinkin about upping the dosage to 4 caps tomarrow? ya?
