dosing on h drol cycle

hello everyone im new here and i need some help stat 36yr 170 lifting 2 yrs consistant
2 cycle 1st being epistane im about to start h drol cycle and was planning on running as follows 50mg 4wks w sel cyc support milk thisle hawthorn preloaded pct ax hyperdrol,mass fx,lean fx i get to the gym at 4:30pm finish 5:30pm i understand that you should consume CS 4 hrs after 1st dose the problem i have is at what time should i dose,
should i split dose 25mg upon awakening and 25 pre work out or take 50mg together then take CS i appreciate any help thanks.

i havent done a prohormone cycle yet so im not sure how much stock you will put into my opinion, i am however planning on running an hdrol cycle next month and from what ive learned i plan on taking 25 mg upon waking, 4 hours later take the cs, then in the evening take 25 mg again and cs 4 hours after that

so probably something like

8am hdrol
noon cs
4pm hdrol
8pm cs

Or you can take 50mgs at once ..hdrol has a pretty long half life.

Thanks for the advise that timetable looks good since I usually workout at 4:30
