do you recommend NO carbs at all before bed? or only low GI carbs such as beans and lentil?

If any carbs, it'd be the green kind. I don't have ANY prior to bed, well 1-2, dependent on a shake (whey has 2g's) or true meal

take a 7-14 days off of training every 9-12 weeks. You will come back and get some great gains. It really helps avoid plateau! I've used this technique several times, and love my first week back. Sore yes, but nice gains.

PCT very general and basic, try and cover all of these area's:

1. anti-E
2. raise natty T
3. control cortisol
4. liver aid
5. muscle volumizers

not to mention cycle specific supps, and added supps for focused health areas, and everyday supps.

the bulking diet! Here's a little equation I put together with the help of B-nat and MUbodybuilder. I constantly refer to diet/training so here's about as simple as I can make it. please feel free to voice opinions or changes you think should be made.

meals 5-10/day

water .5-1oz./# body weight

calories 17-23/# body weight

protein 1-2g/# body weight

carbs 1-2g/# body weight

fat .1-.5g/# body weight

variables-
water intake due to climate/activity level. Carbs can be curved differently depending on which days you workout. Muscle to fat gain ratio will be determined by the amount of clean food eaten.

JBird, nice post on the diet. I have a similar plans based on 40/40/20 ratios that I'll post when I have some time to type it all out.

My tip of the day: More sleep is required during PCT

Default Stretching

"I'm doing back and Biceps today, I don't need to stretch my triceps and chest"

WRONG!

antagonist muscles are used as stabalizers in our exercises and help maintain proper form. Overly taut, unstretched triceps, have a tendency to over stabalize your biceps, thus restricting your full potential on bicep curls. Also your pecs (esspecially upper) play a large role in stabalization of the humerus during biceps execises, especially when done with heavy weights.

tip: stretch ALL muscles involved (primary, secondary, stabalizers etc.) before lifting.
