Hemadrol/Propadrol Cycle Question

First, I want to thank you guys for the excellent information on this site. After reading through the threads I started an EST H/P cycle. I am quite pleased. I started 8/28 and have increased weights and or reps on most exercises, gained 3 lbs and dropped some bodyfat. The first week I stuck to the suggested doses. This week I upped the PP to 90 a day after reading some more posts. Am taking liver support, and LG Sciences Receptor. PWO i take 30mg of Adderal (I'm an adult w/add), 25G of protein and 10g of glutamine.

My question: Has anyone run the PP or the Hemadrol higher than the suggested doses?

About me: 48 yo, training for 20 + years. Currently weigh 208 at 6' 1" & 16% bf. Did a few proho cycles b4 the ban. Last summer did a cycle of test prop, summer before a cycle of test e and dbol.

First off welcome to the forum!

I think, as you have started to notice, will be pleased with the hemo/prop cycle.

As for your question- yes, people have exceeded the recommended dosages. Has it been effective, for some yes, for others no. Many have had good results upping the prop dose to 90mg. I do not see a need for taking more then 50mg of the hemo though. Slow and steady gains are the ones you keep.

How long were you going to run the cycle? 4-6weeks is good.

Also, as far as PWO I would suggest somewhere in the range of 40+g protein and 60+ carbs.

Thanks for the quick reply Mr. Crocket. If I go to six weeks will otc pct's still work or should I look for something stronger? Is going to 120 on the PP a good idea and again will otc pct's still work? I was going to use Dr D's suggestion of HyperMass / I3C 400mg / SAMe 400mg.

Welcome to the forum, you should start a log, so we can see your progress, and chime in with advice and support too.

I agree with Sonny, higher doses of Prop is usually good, but H-drol no. Anything Dr. D says is golden, you can bank on it.

keep the hema at 50, 75 has worked in the past, but I wouldn't go past 75, but if you dose prop at 120, i'd just stick with hema at 50.

6 weeks sounds good.Prop will not add much to shut down, for that matter this cycle in general compared to many. As far as pct, if you had success in the past with any i would stick with that; if not i cannot argue with his suggestion.

Thanks for the welcome. Question: If the H comes in 50g capsules, would u open them & cut in half? Or is/was there another capsule size?

I will start a log. I could use the feedback. I finally got a tape measure. I just how to post the logs. I have them in excel. I have to condense them. Is there a way of posting attachments?

Hemo comes in 50mg caps. You could divide them I guess if you had a capper. Gaspari came in tablets which you could cut if needed. Some other brands come the same way I believe or in 25mg dose.

There should be a way, when you reply to a message, make sure you "Go Advanced" towhere you on at a larger window not just the quick reply window.

You will have to put the excel items in a word doc, I didn't see an .xls extension on the max size chart, it won't work. Put it in a word doc, Keep it short you only have 19.7 kb or something as your file limit.

Click on the paper clip on the top button bar of the reply window and attach your file.
