Default Help Plan My Cycle

Alright boys....getting ready for a cycle starting monday, just wanted to lay it out and see if anyone has any feedback / suggestions for me. Will look like this as of now:

Week One
Pheradrol - 30mg
Mega Zol - 150mg
Multi Pro 32X - Once Daily w/ breakfast
Annabolic Innovations Cycle Support - 1 Scoops AM/PM
Taurine - 2000mg / daily

Week Two
Pheradrol - 30mg
VPX 1-Test Cypionate - 50mg / day (That is all I have left of this stuff, so I figured I might as well use it.....probably wont do a damn thing though)
Mega Zol - 200mg
Multi Pro 32X - Once Daily w/ breakfast
Annabolic Innovations Cycle Support - 1 Scoop AM/PM
Taurine - 2000mg / daily

Week Three
Pheradrol - 30mg
Mega Zol - 250mg
Multi Pro 32X - Once Daily w/ breakfast
Annabolic Innovations Cycle Support - 1 Scoop AM/PM
Taurine - 2000mg / daily

Week Four
Pheradrol - 30mg
Mega Zol - 300mg
Multi Pro 32X - Once Daily w/ breakfast
Annabolic Innovations Cycle Support - 1 Scoop AM/PM

PCT

Week One
Toremifene 120mg
Retain - 3 caps / daily

Week Two
Toremifene 90mg
Retain - 3 caps / daily

Week Three
HyperTEST - 4 Caps before bed
ATD - 50mg / daily
Retain - 3 caps / daily

Week Four
HyperTEST - 4 Caps before bed
ATD - 25mg / daily
Retain - 3 caps / daily

I am not TOO sure about this PCT.....I just kind of invented it myself here haha. I think I will probably be recovered after just two weeks of the Torem....any suggestions on this? If you see anything that I forgot or have some suggestions for improvements please chime in! I am always open for suggestions.

I will be logging this stack FOR SURE, so get ready!

Just briefly skimping over your cycle, some points (Dr. Houser would agree)

- Make the cycle itself longer than four weeks (way too short)

- Drop the ATD

- Avoid liver support on cycle as it will lower effectiveness of the PH's

- Drop the multi, pick up ACES + B-Complex + ZMA

-When are you taking the taurine?

-Whats your weight?

-Your taking the retain too early, start 2 weeks into PCT

How much longer should I go? I have never ran a cycle longer than 4 weeks for a couple different reasons. The main one is that I will drink 2-3 times while on cycle, and I am worried a bit about the liver.

Drop the ATD....understandable. You think 2 weeks of torem will be good followed by two weeks of HyperTEST?

There is milk thistle in cycle support.....not sure how I am supposed to drop that.

Why no multi? Never heard of ACES....what are the benefits of it and B Complex and ZMA?

Taurine is once in the morning w/ breakfast, multi, cycle support, pheradrol, and mega zol. Also, once before bed with protein shake and cycle support.

I weight 186 lbs.

I will start retain after 2 weeks....but why?

Drinking on cycle eh? I don't think a couple of times of light drinking will make all the world a difference, just don't kill a keg every weekend. Heres a link on alcohol from dinoiii with some links from myself:

I would go at least 6 weeks, preferably 8 weeks. A lot of times some of these PH compounds take a week or two to build up in the system to elicit desired effects, so your really only giving yourself if you do a 4 week cycle 2 weeks of the PH being optimally active in the body. Gains will be better, PCT will have to be a bit longer though as well.

I would start the hypertest immediately after your cycle, I am not too well versed on torem, hopefully dinoiii will chime in about that one, but if you look over his PCT articles you will gain a lot of insight into what your PCT should look like, some items to look into include I3C, SAMe, Silymarin, and formestane is a good choice as well. If your cycle suport has red yeast rice, drop that, I think there is a red yeast rice omitted version out there.

Decreased efficacy of your PH will occur if you take this product while on cycle. No reason to do that, just save it for PCT.

ACES = Vit A, Vit C, Vit E, and selenium
B-Complex has all b-vitamins, this is taken multiple times throughout the day
ZMA - zinc does a ton of stuff, keeps estrogen receptors from growing in number, helps support production of test, keeps libido up, etc. Magnesium is often deficient in a athletes diet, helps with production of ATP, helps keep muscle cramps at bay, etc.

Ok just making sure you werent taking it pre-workout, as it can actually fatigue you if taken then as it converts to GABA.

Your weight dictates dosages for your products, with your pheravol and zol, just monitor for sides, this dictates whether you bump up dosage on those products, if sides are non-present, don't hesitate to bump your dosages up another 10mg the next week, etc.

Retain 2 week out into PCT, reason because those 2 weeks into PCT your cortisol levels are already low, retain acts to lower them so it makes no sense, 2 weeks into PCT when they are rising start your retain then.

Sound advice from Trans as always.

I would taper the phera up in the begining for the first few days. To make sure you tolerate the compound. 30mg is a very good dose for your bodyweight. (although it wont be that for much longer )
