Cool Pheraplex Discussion

I'm considering a round of pheraplex and posted this on various boards to get everyone's opinion. So, let's talk

Here's the characteristics that I've found so far. I'd like to hear disagreement, agreement, clarification, and explanation.

-Methylated
-Wet bulker
-gyno risk, but I haven't seen it when dosage doesn't exceed 30mg
-wrecks joints for some, no joint issues for others regardless of dosage
-big time acne (although I'm not susceptable so I don't care)
-no mention of shedding (I am susceptable but have come to terms with the fact that I'll need to buy stock in bic soon enough )
-enhanced mood (anyone have rage?)
-I haven't seen pumps mentioned (I'm concerned about this as I am susceptible)
-libido is initially enhanced for the first 2 or 3 weeks but I don't hear any mention of it after that point
-terribly lethargic for some, just the opposite for others

Technical so correct me if I'm wrong:
-very similar to lmg although lmg is more "dirty"
-2 ene = pheraplex
-3 ene = lmg
-2 ene and 3 ene have same propensity for androgenic sides
-2 ene is more anabolic though
-therefore, lmg and pheraplex have the same sides but should theoretically get more results for pheraplex

My tentative plan would be to run 15mg for 3-5 days and then bump to 30mg for approximately 4 weeks. I also plan to run Formestane (E-form) while on cycle to address aromitization and bloat.

I'm also considering other compounds and stacks but want to make sure I make an educated decision before jumping the gun.

sounds like you have done your homework celc. i have used it twice now and have had good results both times and almost no sides... i would recommend it

Supplement with B-6 on cycle, definite use e-form, and do not be concerned with bloat(b/c e-form will negate this as you already know). Possibly the only thing worth stacking will Phera is Propadrol, but I would understand if you're leary of stacking anything with this.

I highly recommend phera! it's virtually side free and you'll get the same great gains as others. they only things I had was some mild lethargy, that's expected with any PH. None of the other sides you listed. I did run it with prop and loved it so I would take solomon's advice and using the e-form on cycle.

Sol, in terms of the B6 on cycle... you believe it acts as an anti-estrogen or prevention of prog sides??? I've heard of this suggestion before but I'm drawing a blank as to the reasoning.

Just to add to the plan, post cycle will resemble something like this:

Torem 120(90)/60/30/15
6oxo 300/400/500/500 then 2 week taper
Lean Extreme
Creatine/ZMA/and so forth

B6 doses above 200mg taken acutely (all at once) over a prolonged period of time can actually offer a negative impact on the neurons (essentially nerve tissue).

YET, about 600-1000mg MAY very well be what would be required for the prototypical size of an average 170-200 pound male [uncertain what body type you are harboring] to offer any therapeutic rationale as I have suggested before due to VERY low absorption rates and the problem with products meeting label claims.

RA has essentially employed a dosing scheme I had recommended some time ago, though the suggestions of which monitoring both niacin AS WELL AS B6 are imperative to note. A dose > 1 gram per day not offering any toxicity is likely due to a spreading out effect of the dosing or problems with label claims/absorption. This was the problem with taking this in the therapeutic sense to decrease levels of homocysteine - people over-did it regulalry when the products were actually offered in standard dosing protocols.

OTC supplements have MANY issues in this domain (i.e. - meeting label claim) and as a result toxicities seen are relatively rare, though our "friend" from another board that you have discussed may actually have gotten a significant amount of the active, though I don't know that I would agree his symptoms meet the toxicity per se. Next month's CU (Issue 4 - due out October 7th) will actually review some surprising evidence about what's really in that there B Vitamin you ingest daily.


As for the prolactin-suppression activities associated with B6, please refer to other topics in this subforum. I have discussed this topic VERY recently (unsure which thread, but it should be pretty close to the top).
